  • Provide home visits (no need for caregivers to go to an office for consultations).
  • Recommendations regarding home health aide agencies, medical equipment vendors, wholesalers, and medical supply pharmacies to provide referrals to clients.
  • Provide more personalized plans and not set limitations like insurance companies.
  • Provide ongoing consultations based on the patient’s current needs.
  • Act as a liaison for families requiring assistance in seeking the next senior living arrangement.
  • Act as an educator and resource regarding insurance application completion.
